Group Photos, The Hard Way

On the last day of our trip, we all went out with the kids to help them hunt for the elusive Kokopelli paintings. While we were there, we figured we'd give the ol' Group Photo thing a try. So we tried...

And we tried...

Almost made it!

NINE shots later, we got a great picture!
One to make copies of and frame.
Oh, that's just exciting.

But wait...
What's that?
What is he DOING?!
Nooooooooooo...

And how, I ask you, HOW, did we not see this branch the first eight times?

BAH. This is why people pay professionals to take these pictures.

Uh, yeah, but at least the kids' faces are all clean!!

And have I told you lately just how beautiful you are? I am not just buttering you up so that you will come visit me here someday, you know, here, where it is cool, and ther are no freaky spiders or killer snakes (at least not in my backyard). No, I am serious- you have beautiful smiling eyes, and you are so trim and in shape!

Hugs,
LB

Well, it is Still a good picture. Actually, I thought the "framing" thing with the leaves was deliberate, and at least John is looking a the camera (sort of). I noticed his silly face before you pointed it out because I was looking at you & trying to decide if it was a young Jane Seymour that you look like. I think so. How do you manage to look cool & elegant in the desert, while wrangling four kids?

All those pictures are great! That's why professionals take 30 pictures to get one good pose - that's what we do for group photos, too. We assemble everyone, then snap a whole roll of film. Usually one or two shots end up being presentable.

You'll laugh when you see the pictures I took at my son's reception. Now THAT'S why you hire a photographer!

I like the picture! Smidge's eye-crossing gives you something to smile at everytime you look at it.
John has the sweetest smile!

I like the picture too, even with the branch and the crossed eyes. I LOL'd at this post though. Too funny!

OK I will photoshop this for you because I love you. But it will take a lot of time. LOL

Professionals, we don't need professionals, just a good photo program and some determination - you just wait. ;-)

Oh Dy!
That picture with your crossed eyed darlin' is so funniest home videos! But it's funniest snapshots!
You and your hubby look sooooo great in that picture.
How about a little photoshop action on that little clown.
Erase him right out of there!!!
