Things that make me smile...

For all my excitement over the material things (like the house), it's the intangibles that really make me smile...

Hot chocolate and cookies...

The joy of "getting it"...

The fascination with the world around us...

The things that make you slow down and really think...

The knowledge that we don't have to be picture perfect to be loved...

Kiss those babies!

I LOVE these. :) They are so cute. And the look on Emily's face in that last one cracks me up. She looks like she thinks y'all are completely insane. :) We get those looks from Eli fairly often, too.

Oh! These are adorable photos! Especially that last one. You all look like you're having so much fun!

That last one could be a great Christmas Card photo. :)

Blessings,
Hillary

Your kids are too cute. You should post kid pictures more often! :)

Who took the family photo? I agree with Hillary that it would make a great Christmas card picture.

Great pictures! I think you should just print that whole post up on nice paper--voila, Christmas card and picture combined, with a wonderful message! : )

I love, love, love the family photo!
Can you hang clothes up even when it is 20 degrees outside?? Our car doors are freezing shut. I can just picture me breaking the clothes off the lines and them shattering....
How do you like your curved shower curtain rod? I know it's kinda early to be thinking rod, when I should be thinking shower, but something's got to get me through the day. Do you think a curved rod would be too big for my 5 x 7 bathroom?
