It's a good sign you're pregnant when...

You cry at E.T.

Not when he gets sick.

Not when you think he's dead.

Not even at the very end, when E.T. says, "come" and Elliot says, "stay".

No, you know you're pregnant when you cry as the bicycles lift off from the ground.

Seriously, what's that about?

I'll be glad to have my brain back soon.

Kiss those babies,
Dy

I cried at the end of the Mad Max "Beyond Thunderdome" movie. You know the part ... when they fly overhead and leave him injured and hurt on the ground because they can't land the plane. But then they talk about how far the rest of their lives they light signal fires in the ruined city in the hopes that he'll see them and be guided back to them.

*SNIFF*

E.T. never got me though. If he could fly at the end, why didn't he just fly at the beginning and avoid the whole mess?

Campbell's soup commercials always got me when I was pregnant.

Makes you feel crazy, doesn't it?

How funny. I almost cried sitting on the couch last night just thinking about how tired I was.

Thanks for the chuckle! I just checked E.T. out from the library, but it is due today and we haven't got around to watching it. I'm wondering what my adult impression of the movie will be...

Yes, but are you getting the odd hormone-induced dreams yet? My first pregnancy offered up some doozies. I was giving birth to a large orange cat. I remember distinctly in my dream being very disappointed--I had really wanted a boy or a girl. LOL

Phone home!
Warmly,
Kate

My tearjerker when I was pregnant were commercials, sitcoms, movies; anything on the TV! And that was during all 8 pregnancies! No wonder I'm not a TV watcher!!

Oops. I guess I forgot to put on my blogspot blog that I worked out the issues at HSB. Sorry... I emailed a tech and he said to "powercycle", basically turn everything off, and then back on. Amazingly, it worked.
Anyway, I blogged about that, how tired I am, house showings, and I guess I should talk about the upcoming deadline... I have a habit of thinking everyone knows what's inside my head so I don't have to go into details.
Oh, and you're not the only one who couldn't figure out to just click on my name to get to my blog.. heheh... ;-)
