Awww! What a sweet little bundle! It almost makes me want another, but I think I'll just enjoy other people's at this point:o)

You'd better make a note in the picture file which baby this is, though. Twenty years from now you may think it must be Em because of the pink blanket. I've been going through old photos of when my kids were little and they look quite a bit more alike than I realized. Sometimes I have to use clothes to identify which kid it is, but that's hard when all clothes get handed down to the next kid in line.

A BLUE BLANKET is ON THE WAY!

He will be so EMBARRASSED to be in pink when you post this picture at his WEDDING!

But little will he know...that he. was. perfect.

LOL

Are you trying to get KJ to send a matching blankie?

He's just...oh, all the words are just not enough. I love that little nose.

ROFL, guys! I didn't even *think* about the pink blanket. It's psychotically soft and warm and big and fuzzy. That's all that registered with me when I grabbed a blanket in the chilly morning. You'd think with a 3:1 boy-girl ratio of pre-existing children, I'd have grabbed a blue one, huh? This poor child...

Andie, we think he got the "mystery nose" - it looks like John's, and we're not entirely sure where John got it. We're guessing it's a recessive gene from the Porter side of the family (Zorak's Mom's, Mom's side... yeah, seriously recessive gene! Gotta go waaayyy back to find it. LOL!) I'm just thankful none of them seem to have mine. That's one bit of genetic info I had no desire to share (especially w/ EmBaby, but w/ any of them).

OK, I'll go find the blue blankets and take more pictures!

Dy,

I had no idea you had a blog! Thanks for putting it in the email you just sent so I could see this beautiful new baby (although I have to admit I first thought I was on someone else's blog because I knew you had had a boy, not a girl :) The pink threw me off!

oh I think the pink is a perfect touch! ;-) you can always black n white it when you frame it. But this is from a woman that has all her kids (including the boys) in ballet. ;-)
